NARS Doctor Attends Collision in Barnby

7th April: Dr Tim Morton from NARS attended a head-on road traffic collision (RTC) between two cars at Barnby near Beccles at around 6pm. The Air Ambulance also attended the scene. Two casualties were treated, one having serious head injuries. One patient was transferred to the Norfolk and Norwich Hospital, the other to the James Paget.

Four people have been killed in a helicopter crash in rural Norfolk.  The civilian aircraft crashed in a field in Gillingham, near Beccles, at about 19:30 GMT, and all four on board were killed at the scene.  The accident site was near Gillingham Hall, a stately home owned by Northern Ireland peer Lord Ballyedmond.
